A better room starts at your seat

Hear your room.
Know what to change.

Play a guided test through your AirPlay 2 system. Room Tuner uses your iPhone microphone to find the biggest problem and recommend what to change first.

No special microphone. No account. Audio stays on your iPhone.

For a real room measurement: iPhone with iOS 17 or later and an AirPlay 2 speaker, receiver, or Apple TV. Phone-speaker mode is a demo.

Start with the listening seat

Your seat is catching extra bass around 63 Hz. Move it forward 20–30 cm, then measure again.

Great speakers can still sound wrong.

Walls, corners, furniture, and the exact place you sit can pile up one bass note and erase another. Room Tuner makes that invisible effect useful—without turning you into an acoustician.

Measure. Change one thing. Listen again.

A simple loop that puts the useful answer before the acoustic method.

1

Play a brief sweep

Choose your AirPlay 2 speaker, receiver, or Apple TV. Room Tuner plays the test through the system you actually listen to.

2

Listen from your seat

Hold your iPhone where you normally listen. Its microphone hears how the system and room combine at your seat.

3

Try the next move

Get one practical action for the gear you own—then measure again to learn what changed at your seat.

The graph is evidence. The next step is the product.

Explore three example rooms. Room Tuner adapts its advice to what it hears and what you can actually move.

Quick look confidence
Not another analyzer full of graphs. A calm coach that tells you what to try next.

Room Tuner begins with placement, setup, and the room itself. EQ comes later—and only when the reading has earned that precision.

Simple when you want it. Detailed when you need it.

Confidence you can see

A quick reading stays a quick look. Several listening positions earn more trust—and more precise advice.

Progress, not trophies

A ranked plan, one step at a time

Do I need a measurement microphone?

No. Room Tuner is designed around the iPhone microphone. It is a practical guide rather than a lab instrument, and the app keeps its precision within what that evidence can support.

What do I need for a real room measurement?

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later and an AirPlay 2 speaker, receiver, or Apple TV that plays through the system you listen to. Wired-only, Bluetooth-only, and older non-AirPlay systems are not supported yet. Phone-speaker mode lets you try the experience, but it does not measure your room or bass. Headphones are not supported.

Does Room Tuner record me?

No recording is saved. The microphone input is processed on your device, in memory, into a frequency-response measurement. Audio never leaves the phone.

Will it give me EQ filters?

When a trusted reading supports them and your setup can apply them, Pro can provide cuts-only EQ guidance and export. Room Tuner never recommends boosting a deep null just to make a graph look flat.

Is this only for audiophiles?

No. The opening view uses plain language and one clear action. Detailed charts, confidence, provenance, and export stay available when they help, without turning the product into a different personality.

Your room is already telling you what to fix.
